Giggles for a hard day ….



Sometimes in the moment all we can feel is our own self-loathing.  That energy vortex that tells us we are not good enough and that we will never get any better.  There are of course a thousand things we can do to help the energy move through us.  And even the most noble advice is at best a band-aid that lets us heal from the inside out.  To this I say … Breathe.  Relax.  Remember and LAUGH.
