Egoic Mind:<\/em> Something is happening. Bowels are stirring … energy surges in my biceps.\u00a0\u00a0 There are tears in my eyes.\u00a0 Feels like a storm on the emotional horizon!<\/p>\n

Gnani<\/strong>:\u00a0 Dance in the rain and body surf in the wave.\u00a0 It is good to be alive.<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind:<\/em> It doesn’t feel so.\u00a0 It feels small, separate, and vulnerable.\u00a0 I hate this when it takes me over like I have no control.\u00a0 I have no control!\u00a0 I hate this, even after all I know, all I have experienced.\u00a0 The motions of this physical body still sweep me off my feet.\u00a0 What is the teaching?<\/p>\n

Gnani:<\/strong> Look inside.\u00a0 What do you really feel in this moment … Not what you fear<\/em> but what you feel<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind:<\/em> Strangely … I feel proud.\u00a0 There is a sense of confidence, like things are changing in a direction that I favor.\u00a0 It feels good.\u00a0 I am trusting more … Fearing less.\u00a0 I didn’t notice that before in the midst of the pain.\u00a0 \u00a0It’s all good.\u00a0 Or is that GOD?<\/p>\n

Gnani:<\/strong> Is that all?\u00a0 What about in the space of stillness?<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind:<\/em> Hmmm … Acceptance. \u00a0There is a deep sense of acceptance of this moment … just as it is.\u00a0 Not wishing anything to be different.\u00a0 Richard is walking.\u00a0 Martha’s asleep.\u00a0 Patricia is having tea with a friend.\u00a0 Dan is at his Dad’s.\u00a0\u00a0 Dogs are at my side.\u00a0 It is all as it is, with not even a hint<\/em> of desire for it to be otherwise.<\/p>\n

Gnani:<\/strong> And the body?\u00a0 What does the storm and seas look like now?<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind:<\/em> Oh my, I didn’t notice, it shifted.\u00a0 There are now, calm waters and peaceful night skies.\u00a0 It’s all good … God.\u00a0 I got it right now.\u00a0 It’s all God.\u00a0 It IS<\/em><\/strong> all God.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
