\"marionette-animated\"Egoic Mind:<\/em> Failed again.\u00a0 Thought I could bring a new dimension to this drama trauma relapse … but apparently this too is not in my control.<\/p>\n

Gnani:<\/strong> Correct.\u00a0 But that doesn’t mean what you think it does.<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind:<\/em> How so?<\/p>\n

Gnani: <\/strong>Your belief that the inability for you to be Author and in control of these experiences and circumstances is leaving you feeling hopeless that change or relief from suffering is not going to occur.\u00a0 But what you have seen from watching is that relief does<\/em> come, change does<\/em> occur.\u00a0 All of these things happen even though you are not Author of anything that causes these things to occur.\u00a0 When you apperceive THIS truth, as it is, there is great relief and freedom, instead of the bleak outlook you now perceive your existence to be.<\/p>\n

When you know at the level beyond the mind, that not only do you not need to pull the strings on the marionette but that you CAN NOT master the control of the puppet, then you can sit back and watch the show as it unfolds.<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind:<\/em> That sounds wonderful.\u00a0 And decidedly easier on the energy output than what I am doing now.\u00a0 However, this final understanding<\/em> is also not something that I can create or tweak the puppet strings to achieve in any way.\u00a0 So I am left suffering, and hopeless.<\/p>\n

Gnani:<\/strong> The teaching is coming to you and it is taking root.\u00a0 In time the teaching will find its home and you will discover you have been at home all along.<\/p>\n

Egoic Mind: <\/em> So I sit and wait?<\/p>\n
