Holding our head high

On the dark days we may need to look to the light in order to see the blessings before us.

If we focus on what is “beneath us” we often feel heavy and small. Looking “down” can focus our attention on our feet that are stuck in the mud and muddle of the meaning making moments.

It takes much less than we might expect, to turn our attention to the higher branches. Tho our dogmatic mind may tell and yell at us to keep our head out of the clouds.

But we were not meant to wallow in the waking when the fragrance of Life calls us to feel her glory and grace.
